English Second Language Teacher

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English Second Language teachers to join its network of schools in China. You will work with young learners aged 3–16, delivering dynamic lessons that combine the company’s award‑winning curriculum with modern digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and early adolescents in interactive, high‑energy classrooms.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s curriculum and digital resources.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Ability to deliver engaging lessons using digital teaching tools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
