Evening Cleaner – Meat Processing Plant

About the role
Dawn Meats is looking for a full-time, flexible Evening Cleaner to join its hygiene team at its primary production plant in Kildare town. The role reports to the Cleaning Supervisor and covers washing duties of the meat processing areas after each production day, using power hoses and some manual cleaning. It is a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the production hall area daily
- Operate cleaning equipment safely at all times
- Work safely and efficiently using the required personal protection equipment
- Follow safety data sheets for chemicals and standard operating procedures
- Update logbooks at the end of each shift
- Check chemical stock levels regularly
- Make sure the daily schedule is completed
Required profile
- Ability to work to deadlines and on your own initiative
- Availability for evening shifts Monday to Friday, 4pm to midnight
- English not required
