Evening F&B Assistant

About the role

We are seeking Evening Food & Beverage Assistants to join our boutique hotels in Dublin and Gibraltar. The role focuses on preparing and serving drinks, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Engage with patrons, take orders, suggest drinks, and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized, including tools, glasses, and work surfaces.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies, place orders, and track stock levels.
• Follow safety and legal regulations related to alcohol service and workplace hygiene.

Required profile

• Willingness to work evening shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests.
