Evening Supervisor

About the role

As an Evening Supervisor you will lead the store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Live the Centra brand values and act as a role model for the team.
• Coordinate with day managers on layout changes and ensure proper implementation.
• Set standards for product rotation, merchandising, and facing.
• Assist with induction, training, and development of staff.
• Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
• Embrace new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a fast‑paced team and multitask under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of delegating responsibilities and supporting team members.

• Full‑time position (30‑37.5 hours per week) on a rotating evening roster.
• Pay rate €15.50 per hour plus a 5 % uplift on Sundays.
