Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer

About the role
You will support the Chief People Officer (CPO) as a trusted partner, enabling them to operate efficiently and drive high‑impact People initiatives. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will also provide administrative and coordination support to the broader HR leadership group.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive, day‑to‑day assistance to the CPO, managing priorities and optimizing time.
- Coordinate complex, multi‑time‑zone scheduling, travel, and executive forums.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to align meetings, communications, and priorities across the leadership team.
- Support HR leaders with diary management, meeting logistics, and administrative coordination.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for board‑level discussions.
- Assemble and distribute board and management packs accurately and on time.
- Assist in planning and delivering internal events, off‑sites, and leadership sessions.
- Track HR project progress, manage deadlines, and follow up on actions.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for vendor management, payments, and operational processes.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling queries discreetly.
- Identify risks or bottlenecks and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Leverage systems and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Required profile
- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant in a global organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Exceptional time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Adaptable team player willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
