About the role

An established solicitors’ practice in South Dublin is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high‑quality administrative support to its legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of secretarial duties, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication within the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and type legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organise case files, correspondence and client records.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, solicitors and external parties.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar legal administrative role.
  • Excellent typing, organisational and communication abilities.
  • Experience in conveyancing and general legal practice is preferred.
