About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well‑established specialist recruitment business in Dublin. You will take ownership of a highly active desk within the financial services market, focusing on delivering high‑quality placements rather than cold business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for a broad range of specialist financial services positions, from initial candidate engagement to successful placement.
• Deliver on a strong flow of existing vacancies and maintain established client relationships.
• Focus on delivery and high‑quality placements, with commission and bonus structures rewarding results.
• Occasionally develop relationships and grow accounts over time, without relentless BD targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within financial services.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes independently and thrive in a busy, delivery‑focused environment.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working autonomously with clear direction.
• Strong communication skills with both candidates and senior clients.
• Commitment to quality, credibility, and long‑term relationships.
