Factory Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Factory Manager to lead all teams and day‑to‑day activities at our client’s manufacturing site in County Meath. This senior position will drive operational excellence, foster a healthy work culture, and support the company’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of operational KPIs on site to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager, Group Managers and Leadership Team.
• Develop a high‑performance organisation and steer an operational‑excellence approach.
• Launch CAPEX investments to keep pace with technological innovations.
• Create a healthy work culture aligned with company values and remain an employer of choice.
• Travel to other manufacturing sites in Europe as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a site with lean management and continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of senior management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record in operational, financial and health & safety management.
