Fast Food Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

Join the Centra team as a Fast Food Assistant, where you will prepare fresh counter products and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Headford, about 16 miles outside Galway.

Key responsibilities

• Live the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Prepare and serve customer orders throughout the day.
• Cook and assemble fast‑food items to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain high‑standard fast‑food counter displays from afternoon to evening.
• Make personal product recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a fast‑food environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting and multitask under pressure.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• HACCP training is a plus but not mandatory.
