Field Service Technician – Water Coolers

About the role

As a Service Technician you will work independently across the Midlands, ensuring Culligan’s water coolers and filtration systems are clean, safe and fully operational at customer sites. You will be the face of the company, delivering high‑quality service and maintaining our standards for hygiene and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled sanitisation and disinfection of water coolers and drinking‑water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, hygienic and operational.
• Install, service and repair water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replace filters and consumable components according to service schedules.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Complete digital service and sanitisation records using company systems.
• Manage van stock and maintain tools and materials required for daily activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a professional ambassador for Culligan.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (maximum 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitisation roles is desirable, with full product training provided.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment and meeting performance KPIs.
• Good geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions.
