Finance Analyst – Deliver EMEA Vision

About the role

As a Finance Analyst within the Deliver EMEA Vision Finance team, you will support the EMEA Vision Deliver organisation through financial reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis. You will partner closely with senior business leaders across multiple Irish locations to drive cost improvements and ensure accurate financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial packs for Deliver EMEA leadership.
• Calculate and submit budgets, forecasts and latest estimates for all EMEA markets.
• Monitor internal controls in line with J&J worldwide procedures and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Partner with the Deliver EMEA Vision Management Team to identify cost‑improvement opportunities.
• Review project investment proposals to optimise working‑capital allocation.
• Collaborate with Finance Global Services and MDM teams to maintain high‑quality finance data.
• Validate intercompany cross‑charges, allocations and accruals for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop relationships with FP&A, Supply Chain and Commercial Finance to uncover end‑to‑end value creation.
• Support ad‑hoc finance requests and drive continuous‑improvement and automation initiatives.
• Engage with the EMEA Tax Organisation on tax‑model impacts and deliver headcount reporting.
• Assist with annual inventory counts, compliance and audit processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting within a multinational environment.
• Understanding of internal controls, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and tax considerations.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and automation.
