Finance Analyst – EMEA Vision Delivery

About the role
As a Finance Analyst within the Deliver EMEA Vision Finance team, you will support the EMEA Vision Deliver organisation through robust reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to drive cost‑improvement initiatives and ensure financial controls are adhered to.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial packs for EMEA leadership.
- Calculate and submit budgets, forecasts and latest estimates for all EMEA markets.
- Monitor internal controls in line with J&J worldwide procedures and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
- Identify and deliver cost‑improvement opportunities in partnership with the Deliver EMEA Vision Management Team.
- Review project investment proposals to optimise working‑capital allocation.
- Collaborate with Finance Global Services and MDM teams to ensure high‑quality finance data.
- Review intercompany cross‑charges, allocations and accruals for completeness and accuracy.
- Leverage emerging technologies and reporting tools to enhance analysis outputs.
- Develop relationships with FP&A, Supply Chain and Commercial Finance to uncover end‑to‑end value creation.
- Support business partners with ad‑hoc finance requests and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Engage with the EMEA Tax Organisation on tax‑model impacts.
- Deliver headcount reporting and validate analysis with hiring managers.
- Track cost variances using driver‑based BvA across Vision EMEA.
- Assist with annual inventory counts, compliance and audit processes.
Required profile
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and finance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
- Experience reviewing investment proposals and managing working‑capital allocation.
- Effective communication skills to present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
