Finance Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) – Agency Role

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its Dublin team on an agency‑worker basis. The role supports the finance function by collaborating with sales and cross‑functional teams, providing financial forecasting, analysis and contract review. Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and other cross‑functional teams to produce the monthly rolling financial forecast.
• Conduct data analysis of business drivers, identify gaps and summarise phased financial results.
• Participate in partner verification tasks such as on‑site inventory checks and incentive distribution reviews.
• Review contract clauses and terms from a finance perspective and provide comments.
• Enforce internal finance policies and controls.
• Handle other Ireland‑specific finance matters as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Team player with self‑drive, adaptability and strong ownership.
• Meticulous, high‑efficiency work style.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Ireland full‑time without restrictions.
