Finance Business Partner – Dungarvan

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join Haleon’s Dungarvan site. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will act as the primary liaison between Finance and the business, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial management activities, including review of management accounts, balance‑sheet reviews and support for corporate approval processes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate policies and internal controls.
• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to develop cost‑effective business cases, provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
• Drive KPI awareness, support productivity initiatives and lead simplification projects.
• Assist with post‑acquisition integration, audit preparation and control testing.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles in collaboration with finance leadership.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in a matrix or cross‑functional environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Solid understanding of commercial drivers and financial performance.
