Financial Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a growing organisation in North Dublin that is looking for a Finance Analyst to join its finance team. This hybrid role offers the chance to develop expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting while supporting business performance and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis, management reports and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.
• Develop and maintain financial models and performance dashboards.
• Analyse costs and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain financial data integrity and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial financial insights.

Required profile

• Industry experience.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting or a similar finance role.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
