Financial Controller – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a well‑established, large‑scale organisation with a strong market presence. Based in Dublin, you will work within a collaborative finance team, playing a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial information and ensuring compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Shape monthly management accounts as part of a collaborative finance team.
• Take ownership of the year‑end audit process, working cross‑functionally and liaising with external auditors.
• Champion payroll compliance and accuracy, meeting all reporting and statutory requirements.
• Drive a timely, high‑quality month‑end close in line with Group deadlines.
• Act as the go‑to person for compliance, keeping the business ahead of internal policy and external reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
