About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of a well‑established Irish business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage a small finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the finance team while overseeing day‑to‑day finance operations
Partner with senior leadership by providing commercial and financial insight
Own budgeting, cash‑flow management, financial reporting and year‑end processes
Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting across the business
Attend board meetings and contribute to strategic planning and key business decisions

Required profile

ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
