About the role

The Brehon Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join the restaurant team on a full‑time or part‑time basis. You will work in a supportive environment, delivering friendly and professional service to guests while developing your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to restaurant guests.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.
• Understand and accurately communicate menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Stay informed about local attractions and hotel facilities to assist guests.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑care attitude.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is advantageous.
