Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare. You will work in a fast‑paced, 5‑star environment, supporting service in The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver an excellent, personalised service.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge, including allergens and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all relevant health‑department regulations and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to delight guests.
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable.
• Excellent presentation and personal grooming.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, dependability and punctuality.

Required skills

• Comprehensive menu knowledge, including allergen information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in food service.
