About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French (Sub‑Saharan Africa) and English professional to join our Dublin office as a Quality & Policy Expert. The role focuses on auditing content moderation decisions, ensuring compliance with policy standards, and driving continuous improvement across operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Audit moderation decisions for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to agents and identify training needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Managers, and Learning teams to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and audit tool feedback.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify trends, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Escalate policy‑related risks to global teams and support improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and French (SSA region).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or an audit environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, changing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Statistical Functions).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
