Front Office Night Crew

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, confident people‑person to join our Night Front Office team at Generator Dublin. You will help create an unforgettable experience for guests and be part of Europe’s fast‑moving, groundbreaking hostel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest journey, continuously raising the bar for the Generator experience.
• Know guests, handle complaints directly and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor social spaces, lighting, sound and temperature to ensure they reflect the brand.
• Maintain knowledge of Dublin’s cafés, bars, restaurants, art and music scenes.
• Comply with fire training, health & safety, food hygiene and all company policies.
• Handle cash responsibly and administer shift procedures with 100% accuracy.

Required profile

• Solution‑oriented with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, get hands dirty and communicate effectively.
• Available to work night shifts as needed and eligible to work in the EU.
