Front Office Receptionist – Boutique Hotel

About the role

Join the historic Fleet Hotel in the heart of Dublin as a Front Office Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily operations in a boutique, 4‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary stationery and promotional materials.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Control access to the building, monitor the visitor logbook, and issue badges.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services and address basic guest inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist in a 4‑star hotel setting.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hotsoft experience (desirable).
