Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will support the Front Office Manager in delivering the high service standards of The Grace Westport Estate, a luxury hotel opening in Spring 2026. This role combines guest‑facing duties with team leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and an elevated guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out, and handle special requests.
• Supervise and support the Front Office team, delegating tasks from shift checklists.
• Oversee room allocation to maximise occupancy and guest flow.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Accommodation, and Maintenance for seamless communication.
• Promote upselling and cross‑selling of hotel facilities and packages.
• Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for team consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure all shift checklist items are completed and properly handed over.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury or upscale hotel.
• Proven supervisory experience with a track record of leading a front office team.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and guest service protocols.
• Professional appearance and commitment to luxury service standards.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems, preferably Opera PMS.
