Frontend Engineer, Growth

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer on the Growth team, you will own and ship high‑impact experiments and features that directly influence activation, conversion, and revenue. You will work end‑to‑end, from hypothesis to production, designing for measurable outcomes and iterating quickly based on data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch experiments that move key growth metrics.
• Work full‑stack across activation flows, onboarding, self‑serve and freemium infrastructure, pricing mechanics, and viral loops.
• Build and extend the experimentation platform, including A/B testing infrastructure, instrumentation, and metrics pipelines.
• Partner with product managers and data analysts to prioritize high‑leverage work and translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical solutions.
• Operate with autonomy, defining what gets built and ensuring scalability.

Required profile

• Experience with activation, conversion, monetization, or product‑led growth (PLG) systems.
• Proven track record building or significantly extending experimentation infrastructure (A/B systems, metrics pipelines, experiment orchestration).
• Habit of quantifying impact using metrics such as conversion %, activation rate, ARR lift, INP/TTI.
• Strong product sense and ownership mindset, comfortable owning the problem end‑to‑end.
