Full Stack Engineer – Agentic AI (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a cutting‑edge Digital Innovation Hub in Dublin. The role focuses on building enterprise‑grade, multi‑agent AI orchestration platforms that go beyond traditional chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications using Python (FastAPI/Django) and React.js.
• Create and maintain multi‑agent systems and decision‑making frameworks.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging Agentic AI design patterns.
• Implement observability, performance tracking, and reliability metrics for AI components.
• Deliver production‑ready code in an agile, DevOps‑driven environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong Python expertise with modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Advanced React.js skills, including Hooks, state management, and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, OpenAI Agents, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Proven cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
