About the role

Corrib Oil is seeking a motivated Deli Assistant to join our service station in Carrick On Shannon. This full‑time position involves preparing and serving high‑quality food while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality food efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and chilled products, under the Deli Manager’s direction.
• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
• Prioritise customer care, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme.
• Carry out assigned deli checks following training and maintain standards.
• Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
