Fullstack Engineer, Internal Tools

About the role

Stripe’s Collaboration team is looking for a Fullstack Engineer to create internal tools that boost employee productivity. You will design and deliver innovative, GenAI‑powered experiences that help Stripe staff work smarter across a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full‑stack features for internal applications, focusing on rich web interfaces and reliable back‑end services.
• Integrate generative‑AI components to automate workflows and enhance user productivity.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering teams across Stripe to define requirements and success metrics.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of features, from prototype to production, and monitor their impact using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building rich web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Passion for full‑stack development, from user experience to workflow automation and reliability.
• Strong interest in working directly with users to solve real problems.
