Full‑Time Healthcare Assistant – Multiple Irish Locations

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team across several nursing homes and residential care facilities in Ireland. In this full‑time permanent position you will work closely with nursing staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Support nursing staff in providing holistic care and maintain residents’ dignity.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Help residents with eating, drinking and nutrition requirements.
• Support safe mobilisation, use of aids and transfers as directed.
• Provide assistance during end‑of‑life care when required.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by nurses or management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare or residential care setting (preferred).
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Healthcare Support (preferred).
• Valid driving licence (preferred).
• Ability to work day or night shifts and provide care with empathy and professionalism.
