About the role
Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join its Santry catering kitchen. You will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen clean, safe and ready for service every day.
Key responsibilities
- Wash crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Perform daily and deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Maintain tidy store and waste areas, manage recycling and packaging disposal.
- Support deliveries and assist the Head Chef with various tasks.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and store safety policies.
Required profile
- Team player who stays calm under pressure.
- Consistent attendance, punctuality and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.
- Adherence to dress code and personal hygiene standards.
- Valid work permit/visa for Ireland.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
