About the role
The Maritime Hotel is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to join its welcoming team on a full‑time basis. Working overnight, you will ensure guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay while providing personalised service throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient, and personalised service, anticipating and responding to guest needs.
- Assist guests with luggage, give accurate directions, and handle a wide range of enquiries.
- Manage night reception duties, including seamless check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Support guest requirements such as arranging transport and ensuring amenities are readily available.
- Uphold the highest standards of hotel and guest security, maintaining a safe and peaceful environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer‑facing or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Friendly, proactive individual capable of working independently while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
