About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our community‑focused pharmacy group. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality dispensing services and exceptional customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, answering health‑related queries.
- Manage stock control, ethical ordering, and end‑of‑month claims.
- Maintain prescription control and complete necessary paperwork.
- Support over‑the‑counter (OTC) sales and contribute to KPI reviews.
- Ensure dispensary housekeeping and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Approved Pharmacy Technician qualification.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a dispensary or technician role.
- Previous experience in OTC sales and strong product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
