General Operative – Production (Day Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated General Operative to join our production team on day shifts. You will help manufacture high‑quality products that meet safety and legal standards while supporting a reliable supply to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the company’s Standard Operating Manual to produce finished goods according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, complying with HACCP regulations and uniform policies.
• Handle product manually, perform repetitive tasks, and work in chilled conditions while standing for extended periods.
• Be flexible to assist in other duties or units as business needs require, including occasional weekend work during peak periods.

Required profile

• Ability to perform manual handling and work in cold environments.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and shift patterns.
