German‑Speaking Telesales Agent – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, German‑speaking Telesales Agent to join our contact centre team. You will contact existing customers by phone, promote a range of National Pen products and build long‑term relationships while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call existing customers and generate increased sales of promotional products.
• Manage a database of unassigned accounts, meeting sales revenue and KPI targets.
• Address customer inquiries efficiently and introduce new product offerings.
• Verify order and customer details online.
• Achieve weekly individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably with key decision‑maker engagement.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Energetic self‑starter with strong interpersonal, listening and questioning abilities.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
