About the role

The Global Registration Services (GRS) team at The Maples Group is seeking a Dublin‑based Global Fund Registration Officer. This specialist position supports clients in registering and maintaining investment fund products, such as UCITS and AIFs, across multiple jurisdictions. It offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in fund regulation within a leading international legal services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, coordination and submission of regulatory filings to home and host national competent authorities, including fund passporting notifications, new product registrations and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, local counsel, translators, service providers, regulators and stock exchanges on registration and distribution matters, delivering required documentation within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain and update the Global Registration Services (GRS) system with fund information, filing status and ongoing compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support the Registrations Advisor and broader GRS team in monitoring regulatory changes affecting UCITS and AIF products and communicating relevant updates to clients.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented professional with strong interest in cross‑border fund distribution and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with clients, regulators and service providers.
• Motivation to develop deep expertise in European and international investment‑fund regulation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a specialist legal and compliance team.
