Global Product Designer

About the role

Stripe is looking for a Global Product Designer to shape user experiences across its Dashboard and checkout surfaces. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and go‑to‑market teams to create intuitive, high‑impact designs that enable businesses to sell internationally with ease.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user workflows, identify pain points, and iterate on high‑quality designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy partners to define a north‑star vision for new features.
• Prototype experiences for user research testing and internal communication.
• Conduct user research to validate design decisions before shipping.
• Work with design systems teams to leverage and improve reusable components.

Required profile

• Minimum qualifications for a product design role at Stripe.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex global requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.

Required skills
