About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Goods Inwards/Stores Operative to join our team at EUROSPAR in Barnhall, Leixlip, Co. Kildare. In this role you will ensure smooth inventory management and stock control processes.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and verify them against invoices or orders.
- Check for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies.
- Properly store goods in designated locations.
- Keep accurate records of received goods and their storage locations.
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient flow of goods.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling goods.
Required profile
- Keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
