Graduate Development Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Development Lead to shape the experience of our graduates, trainees and interns across the business. Reporting to the Head of HR and L&D Manager, you will work closely with partners, people managers and the wider HR and learning teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality graduate journey at Ifac.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end graduate lifecycle – from career-fair engagement and recruitment through onboarding, training, rotation and professional qualification.
• Continuously develop and refine the Graduate Development Programme to align with emerging business needs and strategic goals.
• Design and deliver graduate induction and training pathways in partnership with the Learning & Development team.
• Manage relationships with universities, colleges and other external partners to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with People Managers to ensure effective on-the-job learning and performance monitoring.
• Provide regular reporting on programme metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graduate or early-career talent development within a professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence partners, managers and external education institutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement learning programmes.
