Graduate Program – Teach English in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will work full‑time in a classroom setting, delivering engaging lessons to learners aged 3‑16 while gaining international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners (ages 3‑16) using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Design and deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons that develop students’ confidence in English.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
