Group Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Group Tax Manager to support the M&A and structuring needs of a leading global Irish public limited company. In this highly commercial position you will work closely with senior executives across Finance, Treasury, Legal and M&A, influencing strategic business decisions and ensuring tax compliance worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support global tax structuring and M&A transactions, providing tax-efficient solutions.
• Design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Develop and execute the international tax strategy, focusing on profit repatriation and compliance.
• Provide advisory services on a range of tax matters to business units.
• Manage relationships with external advisors to oversee tax compliance and reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with extensive corporate tax experience.
• Experience at manager or senior‑manager level within a professional practice or industry setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships across a global organisation.
• Self‑motivated team player with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of corporate tax, M&A tax structuring and transfer pricing.
• Understanding of international tax strategy and compliance requirements.
