Growth & Data Analyst – Individual Contributor

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Data Individual Contributor to turn data into actionable business outcomes. You will own growth challenges from discovery through execution, working closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate complex questions into growth initiatives.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and data exploration to uncover insights that improve product adoption.
• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments, campaigns, and analyses that drive product optimization.
• Build lightweight internal data applications and tools to accelerate decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models, connecting product, marketing, and commercial systems.
• Improve performance measurement by promoting clear and impactful data practices.
• Take ownership of projects from problem definition through implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a growth‑focused data, analytics engineering, or product analytics role, preferably in a high‑growth, product‑led environment.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Thrives in ambiguous settings while balancing speed, quality, and impact.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous learning.
