Job description
About the role
We are seeking a Growth Hacker (B2C) to lead the acquisition engine for a large‑scale marketplace of paid‑task contributors. Based in Ireland and working fully remotely, you will design and scale systems that turn high‑intent users into repeat participants, driving revenue across multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and automate a participant acquisition engine using organic loops, referrals, community distribution, partnerships and geo‑specific outreach.
- Develop growth workflows with agentic tools such as LLM‑driven scripts, web‑scraping, APIs and no‑code orchestration platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Identify and launch into new markets based on demand signals, adapting channel strategies per region.
- Own core growth metrics – cost per activated participant, task completion, repeat participation and lifetime task value – and continuously optimise them.
- Run weekly rapid‑experiment cycles, prune under‑performing channels and scale successful growth loops.
Required profile
- Proven track record growing a marketplace, gig platform or two‑sided ecosystem with measurable activation and retention impact.
- Strong systems‑thinking mindset, able to design scalable growth mechanisms rather than isolated campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools, LLM‑based workflows, scraping, APIs and low‑code orchestration.
- Experience operating in diverse international markets and adapting distribution tactics locally.
- Analytical orientation with ability to link actions to activation, retention and revenue outcomes.
Required skills
- LLM‑based workflow automation
- Web scraping
- API integration
- No‑code/low‑code orchestration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
What we offer
- Competitive base salary with performance‑linked upside tied to activated participant volume.
- Full ownership of a high‑impact growth function directly linked to business revenue.
- Close collaboration with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Fully remote, global‑first working environment with operational flexibility.
- Opportunity to build and scale systems at a global market level from the ground up.
