Growth Manager – App Development EMEA (English/French)

About the role

Google is looking for a Growth Manager to lead app‑related advertising initiatives across the EMEA region. You will work closely with existing app clients, understand their business objectives, and help them achieve growth using Google’s advertising ecosystem. Fluency in English and French is required to engage with a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing app advertisers.
• Deeply understand client business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Consult with C‑level executives to design and implement app advertising strategies.
• Deliver exceptional client service and measure campaign performance.
• Create tailored app marketing solutions that leverage Google’s suite of advertising products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting.
• Proven experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong executive‑level communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
