Growth Workflow Specialist – Organic Growth

About the role

As a Growth Workflow Specialist focused on organic growth, you will design and automate the end‑to‑end processes that power our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies. Working closely with the organic growth strategy lead, you will translate strategic goals into scalable workflows that generate content briefs, monitor LLM visibility, and deploy content across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an automation pipeline that ingests keyword and visibility signals, creates structured content briefs, and publishes to the CMS.
• Collaborate with the strategy lead to convert SEO/AEO tactics into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility for priority topics and markets, and automate alerts and response actions when visibility shifts.
• Automate competitive gap analysis and integrate search signals into AI‑driven content generation.
• Quality‑assure AI‑generated content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with SEO/AEO best practices before publishing.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs and rule sets for organic growth agents, ensuring market‑specific requirements are codified.
• Extend automation frameworks to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy, and localized content workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of emerging AEO concepts.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated workflows that scale content operations.
• Experience working in fast‑moving, data‑driven growth teams and translating strategic ideas into technical specifications.
