Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent is the first point of contact for guests at The Shelbourne Autograph Collection. You will provide accurate information, resolve requests, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay.

Key responsibilities

• Supply guests with directions, property amenities, service hours and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments to resolve guest calls and requests.
• Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and record messages accurately.
• Handle special requests, VIP arrivals and ensure appropriate escort and amenity delivery.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and protect confidential information.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb.
• Identify and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific certifications needed.
