Guest Services Host

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Services Host to join our vibrant aparthotel team, working across the lobby, reception and bar areas. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests, providing accurate information about the property and services.
• Maintain the lobby, bar and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere.
• Assist with beverage service and basic bar duties when required.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address any room or facility issues.
• Operate the reception system, process payments and manage reservations.
• Support opening, swing and closing shifts, ensuring smooth handovers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, ever‑changing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work full‑time, part‑time or varied shift patterns.
• Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is a plus, but full training will be provided.
