Guest Services Supervisor

About the role

Join the Rapport team in Dublin as a Guest Services Supervisor, supporting a prestigious law firm. You will work closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high operational standards across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of high‑quality client services and uphold operational standards.
• Assist the Guest Services Manager with day‑to‑day site operations.
• Oversee meeting‑room setups, hospitality and catering to premium standards.
• Track and share key KPIs to monitor guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Conduct regular team check‑ins to promote a client‑centred approach.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Help with recruitment, onboarding, and development reviews.
• Coach and motivate team members to build skills, confidence and consistency.
