Head of Brand & Growth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Head of Brand & Growth to lead the marketing function for Bunsen, Una and future projects. This senior position will shape long‑term brand strategy, drive campaigns, and ensure a consistent, distinctive experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies for multiple brands in line with revenue targets.
• Build, structure and continuously improve the marketing department, including processes, reporting frameworks and team development.
• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team, setting clear priorities and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee multi‑brand marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and effective spend allocation.
• Direct campaigns, social media, content creation and brand voice, ensuring consistency in restaurants and online.
• Analyse campaign, customer and sales data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and business owners to align marketing with overall priorities.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, packaging, in‑store experience, signage and communications.
• Support new business initiatives, openings, refurbishments and the creation of new F&B concepts.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience building brands (not just running campaigns), preferably in retail, food & beverage, hospitality or events.
• Proven track record managing and scaling marketing teams and departments.
• Strong strategic planning and commercial awareness with a focus on revenue‑driving outcomes.
• Creative instinct, attention to design detail and ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
• Interest in food, hospitality and culture is a plus.
