Head of Corporate Strategy (Semi-State)

About the role

As Head of Corporate Strategy you will join a semi‑state organisation focused on increasing housing supply in Ireland. Based in Dublin with easy public‑transport access, the role is permanent and offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor the organisation’s strategic direction.
• Lead strategic planning and policy development aligned with Irish and EU public‑sector frameworks.
• Oversee performance measurement, reporting and governance processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex projects in a dynamic policy environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate governance and public‑sector policy.
• Proven leadership and management experience, preferably within the public sector or a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ireland’s and EU public‑sector regulatory and economic policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
