Head of Creative Marketing

About the role

This senior leadership position is based in Ireland and offers the chance to shape the creative advertising strategy for high‑growth digital products in global markets. You will own the creative vision for paid acquisition campaigns, guiding concepts from ideation through execution while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a creative marketing strategy to maximise paid traffic performance across multiple products.
• Lead the creation of high‑impact advertising concepts and manage the full production lifecycle.
• Mentor, grow and motivate the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of top‑quality assets.
• Partner with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives.
• Build scalable creative production processes and introduce best‑practice workflows.
• Design testing methodologies and continuously optimise creative effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar function.
• Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
• Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that drive measurable results.
• Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing multiple priorities.
• Hands‑on expertise in creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
