Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead our FP&A and commercial finance function for a fast‑growing international hospitality business. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape the finance strategy, support M&A activity and drive performance across a multi‑site operation.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day FP&A and commercial finance functions, including group planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Own the financial operating model and turn data into meaningful forecasts for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the budgeting cycle, periodic reporting, cash‑flow planning and provide commercial insight to drive performance.
• Support strategic initiatives such as business cases for growth, M&A activities and overall company strategy.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with extensive FP&A experience in a fast‑paced, consumer‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven ability to work across multi‑site businesses and manage complex financial models.
